Contruction – 4 dilatation blocks, monolithic concrete skeleton with diaphraghm and carrying walls, monolithic girderless slabs. Beyond the overground part plus 2 dilatation blocks of underground garages – mushroom construction.

DESCRIPTION: Polyfunctional complex, mostly administrative and shopping parts, 7 upper floors, 3 underground floors for the parking places. Building with complicated ground plan situated in space demanding conditions of Old Town with complications – it is directly connect with exiting subway for pedestrians; there is existing infrastructure (electricity, piping’s regarding gas, water, heating etc.); so complicated situation for the site facilities and site traffic organization and all next problems connect with the realization process. Bearing constructions are monolithic, inside columns and walls are reinforced concert, prefabricated components at out side facade - as a exterior supports, monolithic reinforced slabs with girlands and heads, skew outside steel columns on the six’s floor, roof covered by the arched wooden and pasted girders..
